Octavia is a natural lycanthrope. A dire octopus has stats like a giant octopus with differences as follows:

Medium size. The tentacle, bite, and constrict attacks do less damage due to decreased size.
Powerful build
Space/Reach: 5 ft./5 ft. (10 ft. with tentacles)
Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, a dire octopus must hit a creature of up to Large size with a tentacle attack. It can then attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking attacks of opportunity. If it wins the grapple check, it establishes a hold with that tentacle and can constrict. An opponent grappled by multiple tentacles can escape with a single successful grapple check or an Escape Artist check, but the dire octopus gets a +2 circumstance bonus for every tentacle that was attached at the beginning of the opponent’s turn.
Constrict (Ex): A giant octopus deals 1d10+Str modifier points of damage with a successful grapple check. To constrict an opponent of its size or larger, a dire octopus must grapple the target with at least 2 tentacles.

A wereoctopus doesn’t gain claw attacks or a bite attack in hybrid form; instead she gains 4 tentacle attacks.
